All mail in items are sent at customer's risk. Not all requests can be guaranteed. Although we make every effort to comply with the customers specific requests as to pen color, pen type, signature location, etc. we cannot guarantee them. All non cards, ticket stubs, and multi-signed items will be authenticated. Authentication for trading cards is optional, please indicate on your order of these items that you would like authentication. Hologram placement is not guaranteed on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There Are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Mail In Items. 

If an athlete cancels or is postponed and the customer requests their items back, the customer is fully responsible for their own return postage, at their own expense.
